  • Understanding your symptoms
    • It is common to feel our emotional health deteriorate gradually, we may not feel ourselves, but have not concluded that we are suffering from a mental health problem.  Attached is a link to the Kessler 10 of psychological distress inventory                       ( https://thiswayup.org.au/self-help/take-a-test/ ) , which is a self-test to determine the severity of your symptoms.  Following on from the self-test are useful web courses that you can complete in your own time.  While the web courses are useful on their own, if your symptoms are severe or long-standing, then accessing professional help is the most desirable course of action.

For online help dealing with problems Reach Out ( http://au.reachout.com/ ) is designed specifically for young people.
